After more than a decade of experience as an attorney in private practice, Mr. Ezratty has established a reputation as a motivated and zealous advocate.
Over the years Mr. Ezratty has gained extensive experience in many areas of the law. However, his practice has always specialized in the areas of Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant Law. Mr. Ezratty has appeared in bankruptcy court throughout the New York Metro area representing creditors in various phases of litigation. He has also appeared at foreclosure sales in counties throughout the state.
Mr. Ezratty’s experience in the field of Real Estate related matters has been acknowledged by his colleagues in the legal community. He has been invited by the NYS Bar Association to participate in various panels and in numerous lecture series related to the field of Real Estate Law. Additionally, he has spoken on local radio shows on the subject of Real Estate Law.
Ira Ezratty graduated from Touro Law School in 1984 and was admitted to the NYS Bar in 1984. In his capacity as partner, Mr. Ezratty has daily client contact to ensure that all clients’ evolving needs are fulfilled by the firm. In addition, he regularly appears in court trying cases on his clients’ behalf.
