Jaime D. Ezratty received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to the New York and Washington, D.C. Bars. Mr. Ezratty began his practice of law with the New York firm of Reid & Priest, where he practiced before the New York State and Federal courts. His experience includes conducting trials, depositions, and all types of motion practice. In 1991, Mr. Ezratty opened a private practice in Garden City, New York, concentrating most of his resources in the area of Landlord/Tenant Law.

Mr. Ezratty is a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations. As a result of his well recognized expertise in the area of Landlord/Tenant Law, Mr. Ezratty, was appointed Chairman of the District Court Committee for the Nassau County Bar Association, and is currently awaiting induction as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Ezratty has authored and edited the New York State Bar Journal on Landlord/Tenant law. He is the past President of the Brandeis University Alumni Association, Long Island chapter. Mr. Ezratty is a frequent guest lecturer at forums regarding Landlord/Tenant law.

Having extensive experience representing both institutional and private landlords of commercial as well as residential properties, Mr. Ezratty joined forces with other attorneys with the same expertise. His goal in forming this partnership was to ensure complete and continual coverage of all courts on a daily basis. Expanding the reach of the firm has allowed Mr. Ezratty to continue his practice of Landlord/Tenant Law in the same manner and with the same high standards for which he is best known.
