Mindy Schulman Roman earned her Undergraduate and Masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated 3rd in her class from Hofstra University School of Law in 1995. In addition to serving as an Editor of the Law Review, she received the Most Outstanding Law Student award upon graduation. Since then, she has been appearing in courtrooms throughout New York, working in the fields of Landlord-Tenant, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law.

Ms. Roman is a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations and as a result of her expertise in the area of Landlord/Tenant Law, she was appointed Co-Chairperson of the District Court Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Roman has been an active Deputy Village Attorney in the Village of Rockville Centre for the past 15 years, serving as the Chief Village Prosecutor for the past 3 years. In addition, she has served as Counsel to the RVC Planning Board and President of the Board of Directors of Child Abuse Prevention Services.

Ms. Roman appears in all civil courts on a regular basis, and maintains daily contact with all clients to ensure maximum communication and involvement.
